What, me worry !?
Practice positive self-talk. There is always a dialogue happening upstairs in your head and your mind is always listening in……positive and empowering self-talk helps drown out old patterns of distorted thinking and shifts perception....
Practice, practice, practice….everything takes effort but it’s your life so isn’t it worth a little effort?
Worry is the absence of faith….and a complete waste of time and energy it releases toxins in our body and affects our brain chemistry…it is a negative predictor of future events which 99% of the time don’t happen anyway……worry about the things you can control, instead! We get depressed about the past and worry about the future…..you can’t change the past and you can only do so much about the future…….break these cycles of habitual behavior and being aware is the first step….it’s a habit to react like this so it takes effort to change.
Live in the present, experience it, it’s the only place that’s real, don’t rob yourself of being truly present.
Steve Jobs said being the richest man in the cemetery doesn’t matter to me so get your priorities in order and live your life like each day is your last, because one day it will be.
